Terms of use

These terms govern your use of chainrank.fyi (the "Service"). By using the Service or paying for a listing you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What the Service is

The Service is a public leaderboard. Listings are ordered by the USDC value paid for them, as described in the rules, which form part of these terms. The Service does not sell goods, advertising slots with guaranteed placement, or any promise of traffic or outcome.

2. Payments

• Payments are made by sending crypto assets from a wallet you control to a wallet address the Service shows you. Transfers are final when the blockchain confirms them.
• The Service converts the value received to US dollars using third-party market prices at the time of confirmation. The conversion is at our reasonable discretion and is final.
• All payments are non-refundable, including where your listing is later outranked, edited, or removed under these terms.
• Funds sent to the wrong address, on an unsupported network, or in a token we cannot price may be unrecoverable and will not be credited.
• You are responsible for network fees and for any taxes arising from your use of the Service.

3. Your content

• You must have the right to submit the URL, handle, title, description and logo you provide, and to grant us the licence below.
• You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and distribute your submitted content as part of operating and promoting the Service.
• You must not submit content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, sexually explicit, malicious (including malware, phishing or scams), or that targets or harasses anyone.
• We may edit, hide or remove any listing at any time, for any reason, without refund.

4. Wallets and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to hold and transfer crypto assets where you live.
• You are solely responsible for your wallet, its keys, and every transaction sent from it.
• You must not use the Service to launder money, evade sanctions, or in violation of any law that applies to you.

5. No guarantees

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of prices, click counts, or that any listing will produce any result. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to the Service in the 30 days before the claim arose.

7. Changes

We may change the rules, prices, features or these terms at any time by posting the change on the Service. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

8. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Service at any time. Sections 2, 3, 5, 6 and 9 survive termination.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
